Busy bouncy day.

Oh fun pre-easter celebrationness.

We went to an egg hunt today (missed egg hunting) the highlight?

BOUNCY HOUSE.

And the highlight? His little friend "J" (whose name I shall use since his mother knows the blog exists!) = Joseph and him had an AMAZING time in the bouncy house together. And it was so nice to hang out with fab people outside of playgroup time. And seriously Joseph and Liam are so very alike it's extra fun to hang around him (and give him squishes to cause smiles. He has the best smile.) Not to mention his mom is a total crack up. Another person to be around that doesn't mind if my kinds do strange things or act like loons and can mock the idea of our kids 'pretending " to ignore us as they bounced their lives away. (Seriously? The fact that there was just one skinny hole to get in and out of in the small kids bounce house made it VEEEEEEEEERY difficult to get the boys out. Oh dear cod was that a treat!)

Though I was bummed this meant not making it to the special needs egg hunt on the opposite side of the world (or really 20 minutes in the opposite direction from our apartment) with Brenda dammit.

Though I gotta say the bouncy house?

May've been worth it all!

We had further adventures today including seeing the (free!) Easter bunny at my fave furniture store. Highlights from that involve singing Liam's favorite 'elevator' song from class and dancing around like a loon to try to get his and Lily's attention. Surprisingly? LILY was the one who wouldn't perform for the camera.

But she did waltz around the entire store leading us to where she wanted to go.

(For some reason her jeans which have elastic at the bottom kept hiking up into capri land. OOH! And check out her $5 fabulous wonder shoes! Totally soft leather but with sturdier leather bottoms than her usual robeez rips offs. I *heart* sales. AND these were good for walking outside.)

Dear cod when oh when did my babies get so big??!! This is Lily's SECOND Easter! (she made it by a day last year!) but her first frilly Easter. Oh. Just wait. She's in for a great bonnet surprise in the morning. :)
