Easter picture goodness.

First: the 'baskets' which were buckets. First thing Liam did was snatch those pigs up crying "IG!" with glee.

After I restole the "igs" back the kids then each immediately grabbed at something.

For Lily it was her dollar store doll. I suspect it's because of the ridiculous resemblance with its bald and purple clothingness.

Liam? Grabbed his little monkey I got him.

Lily figured out the goodness of Easter quickly and grabbed her bucket to investigate faster than mama who wanted to savor, and snapshot, each moment.

Liam found what he loved and stuck with that.

And the greatest $1.99 each ever spent...Easter light spinners. Dear cod. Two different Walgreens later I found them and life was complete. I'm seriously considering heading back up there tonight to see if they put them on clearance or something.

It actually saved my butt during therapy today when Liam was in the midst of absolutely losing it. Thank you Walgreens (and thank Jena for telling me where to find them hell almighty I adore her!)

No Easter morning is complete without "ig" kissing!

Then it was time to spiffy up to go to my Auntie's. Though they aren't a spiffy up kind of Easterness there is something engrained in me that you must be at least SEMI spiffy for Easter! I mean, for cod's sake I was always dolled up down to freaking gloves and lacy socks and hats and frilly crap for years! Heck yeah my babies will be tortured similarly!

Besides they REALLY are adorable. (I have a cuter pic of Lily but snapfish won't show it for some reason.)

Not that either would stop for a good pic. This was cute if Lily hadn't just tried to kiss the camera and fogged it up!

And Liam was too busy sorting eggs to really pose for his mama.

Oh...and just to note how huge the size difference is in these two...please...note them beside the tv.

No wonder I worry Lily's not growing right when you compare her to the monster that is her brother.

This is how the night ended...when my cousin gave cranberry sauce without permission and it got all over Lily's dress. *sigh* Oh trashzilla here you be!

It was a fairly decent Easter all things considered. And there was carrot cake which makes my pie hating self quite pleased. Not so impressive was my spilling my entire cup of coffee on my last quarter piece of cake while trying to not drop something else. Yeah. That? Was pretty special. especially when it went all over my auntie's white table cloth. Oh well. At least it didn't hit me, right?

BTW! Don't forget to vote in the revised poll regarding the naming of the walk group. Awetistic was pulled only because i didn't realize it was already well known and cool and I want to be ultra original (I thought it was when it was suggested dangit! Boo hiss on whoever thought of it beforehand!) And anyone picking none of the above? Make a suggestion you twit wits. Suggestions definitely not closed until I officially register us. SO the poll could be reput up again and again because I CAN! WOOOOO!

Fantasticness in pictures! Whoo-hoo!

Love those kids!

And that last picture of Lily in her bloomers and one sock makes me think she just had way too much Easter fun.

I thought it was original when I suggested it too. So much for my bright ideas! (Note to self: GOOGLE! Google everything!)

Also? Your kids are both ridiculously leggy creatures. :)
