Who needs coupons when you've got thrift stores??!!!

DUUUUUUDE!

I never updated you on my last thrifting fabulousness but I'm pretty sure I win with this trip through. AND I took pics of ALL of it. yes. I rock it.

Actually coupons? When doubled? Are fucking amazing. Seriously I hate that we're in a state w/o doubling. Kmart did doubling this week and holy SHIT. Thanks to Jena who never updates who gave me a few of her excessive quantities of coupons I made out fabulously!

And then yesterday I ran a few errands and then met up with Brenda (who doesn't even have a blog because she's a fuck ant like that!) to go thrift storing.

DUUUUUUUDE. These? Blow the one down by me, even on half price day, fucking WAY out of the water.

AND? Brenda brought my newly fixed double stroller back! OMG I love her husband. Times a million!

Of course she was taking forever and i was early so I snapped random pics.

So we head inside to store uno and monkey? He sleeps!



And Lily? Gets to do crazy shit like go in a mini shopping cart with Ashley.



We totally cleaned that place OUT! Seriously? Unbelievable. Jeans for $1.99 for the kids marked half off. Pants for me for $3. A backpack for the monkey that is small AND has a chest clip for $4! WOO HOO!

We then went across the street to the 'ritzier' thrift store. Lily spit her bottle all over herself on the way (THANKS SIS!) which was leftovers of her brother's banana chocolate soy additive super bottle from earlier in the morning.

Then? She fell the hell asleep. HOORAY!

We also made a killing there including finding a fucking FABULOUS Tigger costume for (wait for it!) $4!!!! Seeing as Lily has borrowed and Eeyore costume, and Josh is borrowing a pooh costume, and I am going as ME this? This is even more fabulous than the previously decided upon Tigger sweat outfit thing we found!

For Liam:

A gymbo tshirt and some random cute ass jeans. $2 total.



Also? His magnificent costume! Lets hope I can convince him to wear hoods again by Halloween.



For the husband? 3 old navy tshirts and a random white tshirt. $1 each.



Plus the always required WTF DID YOU BUY item (I really have to get one each time I go to a thrift store.) The $1 santa suit.



The best part? You KNOW my husband will wear it. And this is why I love him.

For $1.29 each I got PERFECT condition books for Liam's birthday. And given it's a little einsteins theme? I'm double excited about the magna doodle book. He LOOOOOVES magna doodles. I? Am the perfect mother (oh stop laughing!)



On the left is my son's hand, a gymbo shirt for Alexia ($1) and a tshirt for Andre that was probably a bedshirt but his dad is CRAZY about Scooby so this will be the winner (50 cents)



And my son. If you get in my pictures you're going to get a pic shot of you.



For Jasmine? For $1 each? A gymbo shirt, a jean dress, and a pretty turtle neck.



The score of the century is the gap kids coat that was $2 after discount. It's in PERFECT condition. Warm. And GORGEOUS!!! I wish i'd taken a better pic. It's this light periwinkle color and yeah. I loved it.



For me (yes! I bought for me too! SURPRISE!) I got a pair of comfy pants for $2, a brand new pair of slipper socks for $3 (I know i know! SPLURGE!) a pair of maternity jeans for $3 (no, not pregnant. Josh is snipped and I'm not having any affairs currently BUT my fave jeans were these very ones! Even AFTER I was pregnant! They make my ass look great AND hide some of my fat. It's a win win combo!)



Oh, and the $2 giant dildo. Also known as a back massager you sick asses. A: Not fitting in my you know where B: OUCH pounding back and forth with pointy bits? NO THANK YOU!

Two more of my fave things. A $1 super insilated gap sweater for goo and a little drapey coat for $2. The sweater? Is killworthy. I'm so in love with it!



Lily also got a pair of pj's for $1, a hooded tshirt for 50 cents, and a coat for $2 which says "angel baby" on the back and will probably be given away because, um, I dunno about that. The front was so cute though! *sigh* We'll see. I'm not into random ghetto fab things scrawled on the back of my kids. Especially lies! ;)



I DID splurge a little and spend $4 on a GORGEOUS Christmas dress for goo and then $2 on a hoodie for her. Not to wear together of course.



And finally? Liam's big boy backpack with chest strap already attached. It's smaller than a standard pack too which is great because, um, my kid? Is not exactly teenager sized.



I shall now consider breakfast. I'm hungry and eating the graham crackers that Liam keeps bringing me to open (seriously. I have 3 packages here. He's way too smart for his own good) is just not cutting it. And I think he's in torturing his dad who is supposed to be getting some solo sleep time!
