Early Childhood Conference Today!

So today and tomorrow I'm heading to the wild known as Tacoma for the Infant and Early Childhood Conference I am freaking STOKED. Last year I didn't register in time for a scholarship but this year I so did and I have GREAT classes.

I'll try to recap when I get home but rest assured I'm really thrilled about them. And I'm carpooling which is even less to think about.

Though I'm leaving the kids home with Josh who is MORE than capable but it's my JOB an I wont' BE HERE for it! And things are different than the last time he did it and he doesn't know the every day must do and...um...yeah...STFU? That's what I thought. He had to finally tell me to relax as I lay in bed running my mouth for 20 minutes about things like making Liam tell the bus driver hi and bye and giving Lily lots of kisses and snuggles since I wont' be here. Good grief. He had them for 3 full days and night alone while I was in the hospital!

But it's different!

yes. I'm ridiculous. I know! But if you were leaving your paid job you'd have crazy lists and prep your temp for the job even if they'd done it before because you'd want it your way so you'd get back to the same thing you left.

Which is really ghetto to call my husband a temp. LMAO. Whatever I'm neurotic.

Feeling good today which is nice. So much anxiety lately. low grade but obnoxious.

Uploaded a few pics earlier. Love them. Been having lots of fun playdates to help get Lily around more typical kids so she stops picking up crap from the less typical kids she usually hangs around *coughherbrothercough* Lily and Bella are now partners in demonic crime. Thing 1 and Thing 2. It's a good thing I like her mom. lol.







it's funny. Lil is tall, slim, white, brunette. Bella is shorter, plumper, has FABULOUS pigment and amazing blond hair. Little opposites attract? ;)

And Liam? Is ridiculously amazing lately. I think we've gotten over the food hurdle with him. He's eating carrot sticks. Almond button and jam sandwiches. HAM AND CHEESE sandwiches! Fruit! I mean just unbelievable stuff. He's just a remarkable kid.



And the potty thing. He's on his way to familiarity with it and his teacher is CERTAIN it's going to be NO problem with him. Especially since first shot he pooped.

Which reminds me that I need to shower. We're either leaving in an hour or 2 hours (depending on the status of an extra carpooler) and the sooner I get done showering the sooner I can lounge around and kill time relaxing before off to a busy busy day!

So excited about today. YEAH!
