Man I hear ya. Don't you think they should give the parents a questionaire or something to fill out to help complete the evaluation-- And maybe believe the parents answers!

My son was evaluated recently too. Without saying a single word, and never pointing correctly to a single picture, and not playing with any toys (except to keep putting them in the tub, over and over) he managed

How horribly frustrating! To get that one on one attention from a professional, asking a lot of your son while he puts up with it and anticipating formulated results so everyone can better adapt their care for him... and to have her be so careless and UNobservant. These results label your son, and so unfairly! I'm really sorry. Maybe a re-do would be best. Your frustration is absolutely justified.
